Cedar Park Center is a state-of-the-art entertainment and sports event center located right outside of Austin, TX in the thriving town of Cedar Park, TX. It’s located on the corner of 183A and New Hope Drive.  And when we say ‘right outside of Austin’.. in all reality Cedar Park is practically in Austin.

It’s practically a brand new facility because the Cedar Park Center was just completed June 2008. It’s really a gorgeous building and just the fact that a 8,200 guest venue would be built in Cedar Park just goes to show how much the town is growing.

Who played first at Cedar Park Center?

So who do you think they had for their Grand Opening? Well it wasn’t Willie Nelson.. but still an all time Texas favorite, the legendary country star George Strait. Strait performed at Cedar Park Center to a sold out show for the Grand Opening event September 25th, 2009.
