About Jamey Johnson:
Influenced by country tunes at an early age, Jamey Johnson has become a successful country music artist. In 2000, he self-released an album titled ‘They Call Me Country’. After that, he has dealt with different brilliant recording contracts. In 2005, he released an album titled ‘The Dollar’ which served as a respectable spot on the Billboard Hot Country Songs charts. Since then, he has produced memorable albums which reached reputable number of sales.
His latest album, The Guitar Song, is a double album that was released in 2010. Matthew McConaughey directed the music video for the album’s single ‘Playing the Part. His music was said to be a vision that reflects a man who really loves his music. He once said that ‘All I ever wanted was to get to just ride around and sing country music’, well all I can is, Jamey, well done! With your talent and music, a lot of people will join the ride and definitely sing your tunes.
